Our Mission
To provide infomative, compassionate, evidence-based service and trusted herbal and aromatherapy knowledge to guide our clients on their wellness journeys, by educating our community on holistic health, and reconnecting people with the ancient, traditional wisdom of botanicals. This includes a whole-person, holistic approach that supports the mind, body, and spirit by providing supportive care for every member of the household.

We envision a world where individuals are sovereign in their health choices and empowered by God's abundant gift of plants through authentic, sustainable herbal practices and education.

At VBA we will commit to complete honesty and fairness when working with clients. Clients are given informed consent information on aromatherapy and herbalism. Hence, they know that our top priority is always the health and well-being of clients, and building trust between us and our clients

All records are password-protected and will remain confidential to protect the privacy of our clients. We will never discuss a client's case with anyone or post their experience online without their written permission.

We will always practice lawfully and ethically within the scope of our training, certification, and registration through the American College of Healthcare Sciences (ACHS), Aromatherapy Registration Council (ARC), National Association of Holistic Aromatherapists (NAHA), and the American Herbalist Guild (AHG), and submit to the healthcare laws of the state of Washington. We will not diagnose, prescribe, or provide any service unless licensed to do so, in order to avoid harming our clients or interfering with the care they may receive from any licensed medical professional.

Our clients will be provided with information on certification. We commit to continuing education and keeping current with aromatherapy and herbal research to further our knowledge and expertise of the science of botanical therapies by taking quarterly appropriate micro-credentials and continuing education courses offered through the American College of Healthcare Sciences (ACHS), the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapists (NAHA), or American heralists Guild so that our clients trust in professional, safe, up-to-date, service.

Organic essential oils and herbs, ethically sourced from reputable vendors or farms around the world, will be used in formulations whenever possible. We commit to conducting organoleptic testing and purchasing herbs and essential oils that undergo third-party lab analysis to ensure that they are free of pesticides and not adulterated in any way. This commitment is made to offer our clients the safest possible essential oils and herbal products available and to do no harm to the environment.
